Mother's Day Delivery Guidelines

Our promise:

We will continue to make and send items from our Mother's Day Collection, all the way through until May 8th.

As promised across our website, all email communication, and social media posts: Orders placed before midnight Monday 25th April - that included only items found in our Mother's Day Collection - are being made by us as a matter of priority, and we promise they will be posted by COB Tuesday 3rd May.

Orders placed after this 25/04 deadline will of course be made as quickly as possible - but please keep in mind that one-of-a-kind personalised gifts do take time to make, and we then rely on Australia Post to deliver your items to you after we’ve taken the time to design and make your order.  

We cannot offer any guarantees that Australia Post will deliver your item before May 8th… but we can promise that when it arrives, you’ll love your Arlo and Co goodies. 

A few pointers

    1. *Please* be sure to opt for Express postage at the checkout, keeping in mind we're posting to you from our studio in Melbourne, and rely on the postal service to deliver to you, once your order has left our hands. [Please be mindful that depending on your location, Express Post services may vary. You can read up on this Aus Post info, here.]

    2. If you place your order without choosing Express Post, we'll assume you don't necessarily need your items to arrive quickly in the mail, or before a specific date. (And we're sure they'll still be loved, even if they do arrive a few days later ❤️)

    3. Adding items to your order that are not found in our Mother's Day Collection, may slow down the production of your order and void this delivery promise that was made for orders placed prior to April 25th (our deadline)
