DELIVERY & SHIPPING

Arlo & Co ships orders worldwide.

All of our products are made to order. You can expect most orders to be made and posted within around 2-3 weeks. Please allow up to a maximum of four weeks* for your order to be completed, however, during busy periods. (January, April, August - December) 

Shipping options include careful packaging of delicate items, and Australia Post or Fastway Couriers delivery. Once your order has been shipped, Arlo & Co cannot accept responsibility for loss or any damage to your package. You can find delivery details via these services at the following links:

Please note: If you select to have your item sent as Untracked Postage, we cannot take responsibility for locating your parcel once it has left our care, nor replace the item if for any reason it is not delivered to you via the postal service. Tracked shipping is always recommended.

Please allow the shipping time-frames stated above before contacting us about your order. Australia Post recommends allowing 6 business days for your parcels to arrive, although at peak times this can be longer. If you require your items by a certain date, please opt for express shipping for peace of mind.  

In some cases, delivery has been attempted but the calling card as gone astray and the package is either waiting at the post office for pick up or is at your courier's depot awaiting your call for re-delivery.

If your item does not have a tracking number, it has been posted by regular untracked post, as selected by you at the checkout. Please check at your local post office at first instance in case an attempted delivery card has been left for you and has gone missing. It's also well worth checking with other household members and neighbours. If they are unable to assist with your issue, please contact us at Arlo & Co and we’ll do our best to help.

Please note that any orders that are returned to us via the postal service - due to incorrect information supplied or items not being collected - will incur additional postage fees if it is to be redirected to an alternative address. 

EXPRESS SHIPPING

Please note that selecting Express Shipping ensures your order is moved through the postal service quickly via Australia Post, but does not necessarily mean production time in our studio will be faster. If you would also like us to rush your order, and place it at the front of our queue, please get in touch via email or telephone and we'll be happy to arrange this for you where possible, during non-peak periods. This service includes a small fee, and is not applicable during sale or peak periods, such as during the lead up to Christmas.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

When international shipping is arranged, the customer is responsible for all customs/duties fees, if applicable. International postage is sent as regular air mail. Please allow up to 30 business days for your order to arrive to you from Melbourne, AU. Please note that not all countries allow for tracked postage internationally. If you have questions regarding postage to your location, please contact us via email to hello@arloandco.com.au prior to placing your order.

* The above mentioned shipping times are just a guideline and in many cases your order will arrive sooner. However, we’re not responsible for delays in shipping times due to postage service delays or any other delays that stem directly from circumstances beyond our control.
