Terms and Conditions That Apply To The Arlo & Co BOTANICAL BAG TAG 2018 Instagram & Facebook Competition
To be eligible to win an Arlo & Co. Botanical Bag Tag via the Arlo & Co BOTANICAL BAG TAG 2018 Instagram & Facebook Competition, as an entrant you must leave a comment on either the Instagram post or the Facebook post, naming a friend AND telling them which Botanical Bag Tag design you think is the best. Entrants can enter as many times as they like, however, only ONE winning comment will be chosen for the Instagram post and only ONE winning comment will be chosen for the Facebook post. The authors of the winning comments - and the respective friends tagged in those comments - will receive a personalised Botanical Bag Tag each. This competition starts on Thursday the 5th of July, 2018 and closes on Sunday the 8th of July, 2018 at 11:59pm AEST. Winners will be contacted within 14 days of the competition ending. Two (2) winning comments - one for Instagram and one for Facebook - will be chosen at the discretion of Arlo & Co Directors based on their comment naming someone AND telling them which Botanical Bag Tag design you think is the best. The Instagram winner (and the respective friend tagged in the comment) will be announced on the Instagram post and the Facebook winner (and the respective friend tagged in the comment) will be announced on the Facebook post. Each of the two winners - and the respective friends tagged in their winning comments - will receive one personalised Botanical Bag Tag each. If you are not contacted as a winner, please assume you have not won. If you would like a list of the winners, contact us at email@example.com and we will email you the list of winners.
There is no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
This competition is open to residents worldwide, aged 18 years or over. Employees of Promoter, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates or other parties, including but not limited to Arlo & Co in any way involved in the development, production, or distribution of this competition, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and household members of each such employee and/or authors, are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. Entrants must have a valid email address and Instagram or Facebook account. The Promoter’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into. The prizes are not negotiable.
Waiver of Release: By participating in this competition, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Promotion Hosts, as well as Instagram and Facebook, any and all actions, claims, injury, loss or damage arising in any manner, directly or indirectly, from participation in this competition and/or acceptance, receipt, possession or use/misuse of any prize. Entrant agrees that any disputes or claims arising out of, or connected with, this competition shall be resolved individually without any legal action. No monies will be given to entrants for any type of law-suit or for attorneys’ fees. The Promoter are not responsible for failed, partial or garbled computer transmissions, or for technical failures of any kind affecting the Instagram and Facebook competition in any manner. This includes, but is not limited to, filtering by the technology of Instagram and Facebook. The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and to terminate, modify or suspend the competition. Notice of termination/modification/suspension of competition will be posted on the Instagram and Facebook accounts for the Promoter.
The Promoter will use any data submitted by entrants only for the purposes of running the competition, unless otherwise stated in the entry details. By entering this competition, all entrants consent to the use of their personal data by the Promoter for the purposes of the administration of this competition and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented. The winners agree to take part in reasonable post event publicity and to the use of their names and photographs in such publicity.
