CHRISTMAS DELIVERY GUIDELINES

Please note that the deadline for timely Christmas delivery is Friday 23rd of November, Australia wide (only).

  • In the lead up to Christmas, we'll be working around the clock, 7 days a week to get everything out asap for the festive season. Changes cannot be made to your order once it has been processed.
  • Orders placed with Express Shipping, up until November 23rd, are promised to arrive in time for Christmas, Australia wide. After this date, we can't guarantee your order will arrive in time for Christmas Day (though it may).
  • Please allow for a maximum 4 week turnaround on all items in our store (prior to postage) throughout November and December. Rushed order requests cannot be applied during peak periods.
  • We cannot upgrade your shipping option after you have placed your order, so please choose carefully when opting for either Express or Regular Tracked Postage. Express post is recommended to avoid delayed delivery times via Australia apost. 

(If your order is travelling outside of Australia, only orders placed by 9th of November are promised for timely Christmas delivery. International shipping is extremely tricky to gauge during peak times, so orders placed after 9th of November we simply cannot guarantee will arrive in time.)
