CHRISTMAS DELIVERY GUIDELINES
Please note that the deadline for timely Christmas delivery was Sunday 19th of November, Australia wide (only).
Our workshop is now in full swing, with maximum turn-around times applying on some orders, and of course we're continuing to process and create orders right the way through until Christmas Day.
So while we can't make any promises now about pre-Christmas delivery, we can tell you that:
- We're working around the clock, 7 days a week to get everything out asap.
- Certain products (e.g. ornaments, keytags, stone prints, bag tags) get made more frequently than others, so we get through those queues much quicker.
- If you place your order with Express Post Shipping, prior to December, there's a very good chance it will arrive in time.
- Unfortunately we cannot locate 'untracked' mail once it has left our hands, and delayed delivery times via the postal service are out of our control. Regular Tracked and Express shipping are the only available methods of shipping for orders placed between Nov 19 - Dec 26, to ensure we can track your delivery once it has been handed over to the (very busy!) postal service.
(If your order is travelling outside of Australia, only orders placed by 5th of November are promised for timely Christmas delivery. International shipping is extremely tricky to gauge during peek times, so orders placed after 5th of November we simply cannot guarantee will arrive in time.
