CHRISTMAS DELIVERY GUIDELINES

Please note that the deadline for timely Christmas delivery is Friday 23rd of November, Australia wide (only).

  • In the lead up to Christmas, we'll be working around the clock, 7 days a week to get everything out asap for the festive season.
  • If you place your order with Express Post Shipping, prior to December, there's a very good chance it will arrive in time.
  • Unfortunately we cannot locate 'untracked' mail once it has left our hands, and delayed delivery times via the postal service are out of our control. Regular Tracked and Express shipping are the only available methods of shipping for orders placed between Nov 16th - Dec 25th, to ensure we can track your delivery once it has been handed over to the (very busy!) postal service.

(If your order is travelling outside of Australia, only orders placed by 9th of November are promised for timely Christmas delivery. International shipping is extremely tricky to gauge during peak times, so orders placed after 9th of November we simply cannot guarantee will arrive in time.)
