I would just like to say a big thank you to the whole team at Arlo & Co! Honestly, I come from a big customer service background and I cannot fault any experience I’ve had with this company. I’ve been ordering from them for a few years now and unbeknownst to me I just made my 10th order recently & I received a personalised message in my order with thanks. How unexpected and lovely! It made my day & I just want to keep supporting them. I cannot recommend Arlo & Co enough. I will definitely be ordering again in future, the quality is amazing as always & the customer service is second to none. You are doing things right guys! Keep it up :) And thank you!
Their Quality is unparalled
I have been using Arlo & Co for almost 4 years. From wooden prints for my, then fiancé, on our wedding day to name plaques and keepsake boxes for my special friends and family for their precious newborns, Arlo & Co are my go-to for all things personalised. Their quality is unparalleled and I'm continuously I'm awe of their amazing eye for detail. They have helped me make special moments even more meaningful (and permanent). Their customer service is incredibly personal, and genuine and has maintained the same "small business" touch even until now. I'm so proud of this little Melbourne business. 6 days agoNEW I have been ordering gorgeous keepsakes for a few years now and each time I place an order I remember why I love them so much. The quality of Arlo & Co products is exceptional in all aspects, providing such gorgeous keepsakes and gifts to special family and friends. Gem, Damian, Ash and the rest of their team have remarkable customer service, product quality, always accomodating and prompt responses to all emails. My last order I received a handwritten, personalised note from Gem, thanking me for my continuous orders and recognising how many I had placed in the last couple of years - that is so special and made my whole week. An act of kindness as simple as this, goes along way. Business owners are so busy and are always pushed for time but this just shows how much they value their customers and community. It doesn’t get much better than Arlo & Co. This is my thank you for being an incredible business, company and for all of your kindness and hard work .

This place is the absolute best, the staff are friendly and extremely helpful, the prices are reasonable, the products are WOW and Arlo & Co are an Australian Family business. Amazing every time!
I discovered Arlo and Co when I had my first son almost 5 years ago when I bought my husband a photo key ring for his first Father’s Day. While there are sooo many more small businesses doing baby products generally (and other similar type products), as well as the big stores doing copies, I think your quality and product range still stands out among them all. And your customer service has been amazing every time!

I purchased this box as a newborn gift to welcome my baby niece into the world (I also got one for her big sister) and her parents LOVE them! So special to have a personalised box for all their treasures, cards etc. The craftsmanship is second to none and Arlo & Co is truly the BEST customer service I have ever had from a business in my life! Gorgeous additions to our children's bedrooms
hank you so much Gemma. I absolutely love the name plaque that I purchased for my boys room. As such, I have now ordered 4 more for my new daughter and my neices and nephews. I love buying local and supporting Australian businesses, and with amazing quality like Arlo and Co. How could I go wrong? Your customer care team and all staff are so prompt and very helpful. Fantastic customer service and products - l have ordered from Gemma a few times now for those special personalised gifts and it never ceases to amaze me the quality and beauty of the craftsmanship! Always popular as a gift and heaps of compliments! Shout out to Gemma and her team for always delivering above and beyond expectations - I ordered a piece for my little boy’s teacher at short notice yet Arlo and co managed to make it in time for school end of term! Felt very well looked after as the emails and responses all felt very personalised which a lot of places are lacking nowadays :)

I was so incredibly happy with the personalised leather key tag for my partner from the kids for FD. It is lovely - the quality and workman ship is incredible and the customer service when ordering was so good. I had trouble placing the order on my end and the team could not have gone any more above and beyond to assist and make sure I got the order before Father’s Day. Highly recommend Arlo & Co and I will definitely be purchasing again ♥️
Round Photo Decal
I have purchased many round photo decals of all three sizes over the last couple of years and every single time I am impressed by the product i receive. They are unique and beautiful, and a perfect gift for someone who 'has everything'. I went as far as a custom size for one particular image and the team were so incredibly helpful and communication back and forth was quick and easy. Highly recommend Arlo & Co!
Best photo wall EVER!
I purchased a pack of wall frames to have in the stairwell. I purchased these 5+ years ago and still haven’t used them - FAST FORWARD to these WALL DECALS and I’m in Love! Quick and easy to order only trouble you’ll have is deciding which of your lovely photos makes it on the wall. They are Amazing. So simple to apply and easily removed without fuss to the paint work! The team soo friendly and helpful. I was contacted to resend a couple of images and the communication was next level. Highly recommend. I’ll be ordering more, once I narrow down the next lot of photos!

Gem and the team at Arlo and Co are amazing and always there to answer any questions. I’ve always had great responses when messaging questions through on their Instagram and via email. I’ve just ordered again, getting a photo key tag sent to me for my Hubby’s birthday present and a photo magnet set being sent straight to my mother in-law for Mother’s Day as she is in Queensland. I will always recommend Arlo and Co to those looking for beautiful keepsakes, and great gift ideas made with love and care 😍
