Warranty Details

Our two year warranty is to cover manufacturing faults only. With proper care and maintenance (which is crucial for extending the lifespan of all our pieces) we know you'll love your Arlo & Co gifts for years to come.

We take pride in the quality of our products and offer a two year warranty against any manufacturing defects that may arise during this period. This warranty reflects our confidence in our craftsmanship and our desire to ensure your satisfaction.

Coverage

  • What’s Covered: Our 24 month warranty covers manufacturing faults only. (This does not cover breakages due to falling from the wall, for instance.)
  • What’s Not Covered: This warranty does not extend to normal wear and tear. Proper care and maintenance are essential to prolong the life of your Arlo products.

Claims Process

To ensure a smooth claims process, please note:

  • All claims must be made within the 24 month warranty period (from the date the order was placed with us).
  • Some claims may require an in-person assessment to determine the issue. In these instances, postage costs for returning items for assessment are the responsibility of the customer.
