Chocolate Easter Nests Recipe

INGREDIENTS

1 pack Chang’s Fried Noodles

1 pack Chocolate Melts (220g)

2 tbsp Smooth Peanut Butter

1 pack speckled Mini Eggs

(or more, if you’d like to eat them while you cook - which we do recommend)

METHOD 

Pop the chocolate and PB into a microwave safe container and melt (50% heat, for 1 minute, then stir, and repeat if needed).

Mix together until smooth and well combined.

Gently fold in the noodles, careful not to smoosh them too much.

Line a muffin tin with baking paper, and pop spoonfulls of the mixture into each hole (or use a flat baking tray and ‘plop’ spoon-fulls on to the tray). Gently create a little dint to make a nest shape, and create a spot for the eggs to sit.

Refrigerate for 30 minutes until set.

Serve!
